CONDITIONS-
1) All bookings are first come first serve basis.
2) All bookings are subject to availability of the rooms.
3) Booking is only confirmed against 100% advance deposit. Confirmation will
be given with a booking ID no. The guests are requested to carry that voucher
at the time of check in.
4) Children within 5years is free.(one)
5) Children above 5years- additional 1000/- with an extra mattress.(one)
6) All advances are non refundable against NO SHOW/cancellation.
7) Postponement-subject to availability of the rooms.
8) Check in-2pm and Check out 12noon.
9) Early check in is allowed with no breakfast on that day and subject to room
position. Advance intimation is required at the time of booking.
10) Late check out- may be allowed subject to room position and advance
intimation is a must to the front office.
11) The rates are inclusive of dinner and can not be redeemed and not
exchangeable.
12) Payment- by cash/bank deposit(DD or CASH)/visa/master ONLY. Upon bank
deposit the copy of the deposit slip must be forwarded to Hotel Supreme, by
mail or fax to enable us to provide confirmation booking ID.
